GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: I HAVE SOME SPACE FOR RENT, ALSO I'M A PHOTOGRAPHER, YOU INTERESTED?
A: No! Especially if you have to message me about it. 

Q: I LEFT YOU NOTECARDS AND IM'S BUT YOU HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO ME!
A: Sometimes due to my IM's getting capped, notecards can also get destroyed or rejected by accident. Please use my answering service for a more reliable method of contact.

Q: I NEED HELP WITH MY GIFT CARD...

Q: I NEED A REDELIVERY...
A: You can get redeliveries at our customer service office located above our mainstore here using our Redelivery Terminal. If you could not locate your order after visiting the terminal, contact us here.

Q: I DID NOT GET MY MIDNIGHT MANIA OR OTHER PRIZE, I NEED IT RESENT!
A: We make it very clear in the rules of both our Midnight Mania Games, our raffle, prize balls and contests that we cannot send a redelivery to you if you did not receive it, or you have rejected your offer. We are not held responsible for this and ignore requests to do so. We also reserve the right to ban avatars who use harassment or threats against us due to this. 

Q: I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT CUSTOM WORK...
A: Please refer to our Custom Works website's FAQ's page for more information. 

Q: WHAT ARE THE REFUND/RETURN OR STORE POLICIES?
A: You can find an updated list of our store policies here.

Q: THE SHAPE I BOUGHT CHANGED THE ENTIRE SHAPE OF MY BODY, I DON'T WANT THIS!
A: No matter what body shape you purchase, it will modify the entire look of your body. There is no way to avoid this. All of my shapes offered are modifiable in case you would like to change something about it. 

Q: I GOT A P&S STORES GIFT CARD, CAN I USE IT IN DIAPERBUM BABIES?
A: Yes. You can use your P&S Stores Gift Cards in any of our locations that carry CasperVend Brand Vendor boards. This includes Pure & Sexy, DiaperBum Babies!, P&S PrettyKitties! and Dollar Daisy. If you need more help with your gift card, visit our gift card help center here.

DIAPERBUM BABIES! FAQ'S

Q: ARE THE BIRTHING TUBS COMPATIBLE WITH MAMA ALLPA?
A: Yes. The birthing tubs are virtually compatible with any pregnancy system, unless otherwise stated by it's instructions.

Q: I DON'T LIKE CERTAIN FEATURES OF MY PREGNANCY SHAPE...
A: All pregnancy shapes are sold copy/modify. If you dislike certain features, you can modify them to your liking. However, if you're looking for something that only changes your belly shape and nothing else, you should purchase a Mesh Belly like the one from Apple May. We currently do not offer a mesh belly.

Q: CAN I ADD MY PREGNANCY SHAPES IN MY AUTOMATIC SHAPE ASSIGNER?
A: Yes

Q: CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM TIMED TUMMY TALKER?
A: Yes. Contact me with your proof of purchase and time in minutes of how frequently you would like your tummy talker to operate.

Q: DOES THE TUMMY TALKER WORK WITH TWINS/TRIPLETS?
A: Because my Tummy Talker is completely customizable, you can edit the notecard inside to accommodate as many babies as you would like.

Q: DOES THE PRIM BABY AND ME RUG WORK WITH FUNSIES?
A: Yes. Our Prim Baby & Me Cuddle Rugs work with virtually all Prim Babies and have been tested to work with Lyuboff, Funsies, Latin Baby & Zooby's Baby.

Q: DO YOU OFFER MAMA ALLPA PRODUCTS?
A: Yes, visit us in world.

Q: DO YOU OFFER PRODUCTS FOR ADULT BABIES?
A: We do not currently have adult baby products, but this is a common request and plan to accommodate those in the future.

Q: CAN I RESERVE A KITTY? 
A: Yes. I can reserve a Kitty for you for up to 3 days free and up to 10 days for a 25% deposit. Send me a notecard in world with the kitty you are interested in. 

Q: HOW DO I USE THE ONLINE SHOPPING PANEL IN WORLD?
A: For thorough instructions, visit us in world. Next to the shopping panel, you will see a sign that when you touch it, it will give you a notecard with the instructions listed as well as FAQ's about the online panel. 

Q: I NEED HELP WITH MY KITTY THAT I JUST PURCHASED...
A: Since I am not the owner or affiliated with KittyCatS, you need to contact KittyCatS Customer Support. You can visit them in world by clicking here. There you can troubleshoot as well as submit a case.
