THE EDUCATED BUYERS POLICY
RETURN POLICY
All items are sold as is, please read the description carefully. We do not accept returns and give refunds to items that are fully functional. We do not give refunds to those
who do not read our product descriptions without asking us questions about the product before purchasing if the customer suspects the item is something rather than what it is. Please view the educated buyers policy above. In some instances, we will give refunds for duplicate copies as long as the items permissions are copy. However, if the item is defective, please use our
contact form so we can assess the issue before leaving a negative review.
ATTITUDE, INTERACTION & COURTESY
No matter the issue is, staff at P&S Stores and all branches not tolerate abusive behavior from anyone and we reserve the right to refuse services and help to anyone. This includes needing a replacement, refund, needing product support, etc. Negative behavior against us may result in your request not being fulfilled. We reserve the right to add anyone to our "Do Not Deal" list as well as our ban list, and employees are free to add persons to their blacklist for any given reason.
MIDNIGHT MANIA, GAME & CONTEST POLICIES
We do not offer re-deliveries on Midnight Mania prizes or prize balls/sploders if you did not receive your prize or have rejected the inventory offer, and we are not held responsible for those who do not read or follow the rules of our contests and games which are clearly posted in our store. With Raffle, we contact the winner on raffle end date to claim their prize, if you do not claim your prize within 7 days, we select a new winner, and we are not held responsible if you do not
contact us within that time.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND ADVERTISING ERRORS
If your item is defective, incomplete or have permissions that are different from the description (ex: An items sells for Copy and Mod, but you receive it as Transfer only), please use our
contact form to notify us before leaving a negative review. If we are unable to fix or replace your item for you, you are subject to a 100% Refund.
DUPLICATE PURCHASE ERROR
If you have accidentally purchased two of the same item for yourself, please use our
contact form for help! This is only valid on items that are Copy. We may not be able help you if the item is no copy. (exceptions may apply)
DOLLARBIES, SALES AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items listed as clearance, sale and $1 items are non-refundable or redeemable for store credit.
COMPLIMENTARY GIFT & REVIEW POLICY
Complimentary gifts & gift cards are only given to those who leave positive reviews. Gifts are not eligible on dollarbies ($1L items) freebies ($0L items), demos & clearance sales. You are not entitled to a gift if you leave us negative reviews, unless reviews are revised after we have assessed the issue.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable for linden cash value. However, if you have a low balance and wish to increase your store credit, use our contact form about trading in your gift card for store credit. For our gift card help manual,
click here. All gift cards are transferable so they may be sold or gifted to a friend as an alternative. Gift cards are valid in world only and cannot be used in our marketplace. If you see something on the marketplace but can't find it in world, use our contact form so we can make it available for you. This does not include adult novelty products as they are only available on the marketplace as of April 24th 2016. If you have purchased a Pure & Sexy gift card prior to this date, please use our
contact form so we can allow you to use it or trade it in for a "P&S Stores" Gift Card.

Sales and promotions in world may differ from marketplace or vice versa.

IN WORLD STORE RULES
- There is no public nudity of any kind under the exception of breast feeding mothers. Please see breastfeeding policy below.
- We reserve the right to ban/eject you for any reason at anytime
- No loitering or going AFK (Away from keyboard) for more than 10 minutes.
- No heavy scripts (you will be detected by our bot and auto booted)
- Shoving is prohibited, this includes shoving Crystal Bot (SmartBot)
- Taking photos of any kind in store is prohibited. If suspected that you are taking photos, you will be ejected and banned.
- Any kind of suspicious or harassing behavior in store, against an employee or another customer will result in eject/ban
IN WORLD STORE BREASTFEEDING SAFE ZONE
Here in Second Life, we believe that breastfeeding mothers should be equally accepted just as they should in real life. Because of that, this is why we have made our facility a safe place to breastfeed your baby. It is unlawful at our facility to discriminate against a breastfeeding mother. This includes asking a mother to cover herself up, asking her to move or leave, or any kind of harassment both verbal and physical. If you have experienced harassment by either a staff member or a visitor, or experience a mother being harassed, we encourage you to contact an available staff member of the incident including the persons username. Please contact us using our
contact form if you've experienced this.
ITEM NOT DELIVERED
Please check your received items folder first under "Inventory" menu, if you can not find it in received, Search by the name of your item purchased. You can also try restarting your viewer, clearing your inventory cache, and if you cannot find your item, use our
contact form with a notecard for a resend. If it is a no copy item and it shows in our records that it has been delivered, you may or may not be entitled to a refund, but you can submit a ticket through linden labs by visiting
this link as it may be a linden labs issue.
FREE GIFT AND PROMOTION RULES
Promotion rules may differ individually, please read description or contact store owner for details. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in world and can't be exchanged for another product or offer. We don't offer store credit or discounts on free gifts or promotional items.
LOST NO COPY ITEMS IN REZ
If you have lost a no copy item while unboxing it, restart your viewer, your item will appear in your lost and found folder. If it has not reappeared, please contact us using our
contact form. Please note that you may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
